New Class: Is a Strong Agent/Adjuster Relationship Vital?
New Training from Academy of Insurance

The importance of a healthy Agent/Adjuster relationship

Without the Insurance agent, there would be no business, no policies sold to customers and no need for an adjuster. Without the Insurance adjuster, the agent would not have the means and ability to handle the claims presented by his customers. Without Insurance customers, there would be no need for the agent or adjuster. Each roll in the insurance claims transaction is dependent on the other.

A strong working relationship, beneficial to all parties, must be established. Understanding how the survival of the agent and the adjuster rolls is reflected in the success of the insurance industry will enable you to begin an agent and adjuster advocacy program that can be measured in productivity, customer satisfaction and growth.
